What You’ll Do
 
·      Lead discovery to understand user needs, workflows, constraints, and opportunities through research and analysis 
·      Identify and frame user and business problems, contributing to product goals 
·      Design end-to-end user experiences —from concepts and flows to prototypes and high-fidelity designs 
·      Proven experience in web design, including responsive and user-friendly interfaces 
·      Translate insights and requirements into clear, scalable solutions that balance user value, business goals, and technical constraints 
·      Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability across components and patterns 
·      Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to explore solutions, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality features 
·      Communicate design rationale effectively and facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners 
·      Plan and conduct validation activities such as usability testing, experiments, and iterative refinements 
·      Advocate for usability, accessibility, and experience quality throughout the product lifecycle 
·      Support development and launch through design documentation, reviews, and implementation guidance 
 
What You Bring
 
  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar roles 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with both technical and non-technical users and stakeholders 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including discovery, workflows, design, and shipped features 
  • Experience in creating and contributing to scalable design systems 
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Jira and AI-based design best practices and tools 
  • Ability to identify problems, shape opportunities, and influence product direction 
  • Experience conducting market and user research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, and usability testing 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced or ambiguous environments 
  • Experience with SaaS products (B2B or B2C), especially in healthcare, education, or wellness 
  • Familiarity with data-informed design, experimentation, or metrics-driven decision-making 
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Compensation

$80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
