Our purpose is to Grow Smiles, Mend Spirits, and Engage Children in their Lives! We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Recruitment team. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to source, recruit and place top talent with TinyEYE schools and students, to enable TinyEYE to deliver rewarding experiences and meet target start dates. Main Accountabilities:


· Provide end to end recruitment to meet the placement needs as assigned; this includes but not limited to customer meetings, candidate interviews, cross team update meetings and ensuring the practitioner is transferred to onboarding and training efficiently.
· Conducts Customer meetings to ensure their needs are understood and to maximize the opportunity to fill the placement quickly.
· Interview candidates to triage into either placement ready, Superstar ready or objections to overcome
· Identify objections to why candidates will not work with TinyEYE, track, recommend & implement techniques to overcome the objection
· Maintains customer contact providing updates on the recruitment process. Working collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Lead a minimum average of 8 behavioral interviews with applicants per week in designated areas.
· In collaboration with the sourcing team and marketing, creates a pipeline of candidates for designated areas.
· Proactively recruits new candidates via social media and or attending events or webinars.
· Conduct professional interviews, include clear and concise notes, demonstrate evidence-based statements and explanations.
· As a strategic business partner, collaborate with other TinyEYE departments to strategize & share pertinent information as it relates to market conditions, candidate information in order to drive successful outcomes
· Update and enter interview notes into the ATS same day interview occurs.
· Update and enter placement notes in the ATS by the end of every day
· Receive positive reviews from candidate responses via the post-interview surveys.
· Enter all therapist information and communications using ATS system to monitor pipeline to maintain flow and transparency between therapists and team to reduce time to fill.
· Create therapist engagement in a timely and effective manner through all forms of communication to those therapists on team and to interviewed database by keeping within a 48hr response window.
· Clearly communicates therapist next steps to team - post-interview through to starting services (on-boarding, licensing, client services, trainers, etc.) to ensure the therapist journey continues smoothly.
· Increase existing therapist availability to prepare for any future placement opportunities and reduce the time to fill.
· Actively engages sourcing methods, this includes but not limited to strategically deploys campaigns, social media and job postings to attract talent based on contract needs and target regions
· Consistently estimate and meet target start dates for all closed opportunities and communicating any risks or barriers in meeting that start date in a timely manner.
· Be a positive first point of contact with TinyEYE.
· Contributes to the overall success of the department and organization by participating in process improvements
· Contributes to the analysis of data collected in the quarterly and annual report
· Tracks and maintains data points as required


Job Requirements:

 
·      Minimum of 1 year recruitment agency experience OR 2-3 years experience in high volume recruitment
·      2-3 years client management experience
·      Must be located on the west coast or willing to work within PST time zone constraints
· Demonstrated superior customer service skills, ability to provide advice, de-escalate situations and provide win-win solutions
· Competent with the entire recruitment and retention journey, while being a change agent.
· Proficient with microsoft excel, utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and improve effectiveness.
