As an Account Manager at TinyEYE, you’ll be entrusted with retaining, expanding, and deepening partnerships with our existing school district customers. Your focus will be on ensuring students receive the support they need, teams feel well-served, and customers stay with TinyEYE year after year—often becoming our best referral source.

What You’ll Do
 
Lead Strategy, Service, and Success for Your Region, Build and Deepen Relationships That Last and Collaborate Across Teams
 
  • Ensure all customers resume services smoothly and on time, while identifying and capturing new growth opportunities tied to enrollment changes or increased needs 
  • Partner with each customer to co-create a yearly service and success plan, including clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a cadence of check-ins—ensuring alignment, accountability, and shared visibility into outcomes, serving as a trusted strategic advisor committed to student success and school team well-being 
  • Create and deliver polished, customer-facing documentation throughout the year—such as RFPs, performance summaries, and Customer Board Reports. 
  • Apply tools like SWOT analysis, SMART goals, and forecasting to guide service delivery and account planning at both the district and regional level 
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including our Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey process, to surface feedback and proactively improve the experience 
  • Drive strategic renewal conversations, including rate proposals that support financial sustainability
  • Maintain strong awareness of funding access, service trends, and district-specific needs to inform your recommendations and service approach 
  •  Leverage TinyEYE’s Monarch system to showcase progress toward goals, highlight service impact, and support high-stakes conversations 
  • Work closely with Service Coordinators, National Account Executives, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Finance, and Product teams to ensure consistency, insight sharing, and alignment 
  • Coordinate practitioner contributions to customer outcomes, ensuring service quality and alignment with each district’s goals 
  • Document all touchpoints with clarity and care—building accountability and enabling others to support the customer experience 
  •  Contribute to a culture of trusted partnership, operational excellence, and scalable success—all in service of helping more students thrive 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in account management or customer success—ideally in education, healthcare, or a mission-driven service environment with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Formal training in account methodologies is a strong asset (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, Trusted Advisor, or Certified Sales Professional/CPSA-aligned programs) 
  • Experience leveraging results using a CRM such as Salesforce
  • You’ve worked in roles where service delivery, growth capture, quality assurance (e.g., NPS), and renewal seasons each demand a different strategic lens 
  • Your customer service earns trust and generates promoters who recommend your company to others
  • Your communication is tailored, polished, and actionable and you lead purposeful meetings with clarity, structure and documented follow-up
  • You’re comfortable navigating contract terms, timelines, and budgets with clarity and professionalism 
  • You take ownership of your commitments and follow through with reliability and focus
  • You seek out growth, bring back insights, and apply them to improve your work

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
