TinyEYE partners with school districts to provide online therapy services that help children thrive. We’re hiring a Strategic Account Manager focused on retaining and growing long-term district partnerships.

This role is designed for professionals who have supported the same customers year over year, earning continued partnership through trust, consistency, and meaningful outcomes — not transactional sales.
 
This Role Is a Strong Fit If Your Experience Includes:

  • Owning a defined portfolio of customers across multiple years, including leading annual renewals, navigating budget cycles, and re-earning the partnership through demonstrated value
  • Managing longer, consultative account lifecycles where success is measured by retention, relationship strength, service continuity, and thoughtful growth — not quick closes
  • Working in environments where trust, credibility, and cross-functional follow-through matter more than pressure tactics, and where you remain accountable to customers well after the contract is signed

 What You’ll Do

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of school district customers through annual renewal cycles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to school partners, in shared advocacy for our students' experience 
  • Co-create and achieve yearly success plans with goals, updates, and an intentional cadence of thoughtful touchpoints
  • Lead renewal and rate discussions with transparency and professionalism
  • Surface and act on customer feedback, concerns, or challenges 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality, alignment, and continuity
  • Support thoughtful account growth aligned to enrollment changes, budgets, and district needs

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles with direct responsibility for long-term relationships, renewals, and account growth
  • Experience managing customers who renew vendor relationships annually or on a recurring cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, earn loyalty, and grow accounts through consultative, long-term relationships
  • Strong collaboration skills, high emotional intelligence, and comfort facilitating customer conversations
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent professional experience is an asset
  • Formal or self-directed learning in consultative, relationship-based selling or strategic account methodologies (e.g., Trusted Advisor, Challenger, Sandler, Certified Sales Professional/CPSA-aligned programs).
  • Experience with working alongside Indigenous communities is an asset
  • Background in education, healthcare, business, or other regulated service environments, with awareness of funding, compliance, or procurement is an asset

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
