Location: Remote
Hours of work: Fulltime, 40 hours per week, 6-month contract
Reports to: Business Analyst
Department: Business Process Improvement
Salary: $48.00-$67.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document current-state processes.
- Analyze and assess processes to establish baseline maturity metrics.
- Produce clear and consistent process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and written descriptions.
- Support process mapping using best-practice structured notations
- Deliver timely, professional documentation and insights that support operational change and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to fully elicit business processes
- Identify areas where automation or digital tools could reduce manual effort or enhance accuracy.
- Communicate process changes clearly and ensure documentation is maintained in a centralized, accessible format.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in process documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or other formal process modeling methods, would be an advantage.
- Proficiency with visual process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Interest in or basic familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., document automation, decision support systems).
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or business analysis framework, would be an asset.
- Proven ability to work independently on structured deliverables and collaborate across teams.
- Capability of delivering high-quality work within short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
