Salary: $48.00-$67.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document current-state processes.
Analyze and assess processes to establish baseline maturity metrics.
Produce clear and consistent process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and written descriptions.
Support process mapping using best-practice structured notations
Deliver timely, professional documentation and insights that support operational change and improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to fully elicit business processes
Identify areas where automation or digital tools could reduce manual effort or enhance accuracy.
Communicate process changes clearly and ensure documentation is maintained in a centralized, accessible format.

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role.
Strong skills in process documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or other formal process modeling methods, would be an advantage.
Proficiency with visual process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
Interest in or basic familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., document automation, decision support systems).
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or business analysis framework, would be an asset.
Proven ability to work independently on structured deliverables and collaborate across teams.
Capability of delivering high-quality work within short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
